Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring WIP, prioritizing production lots, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, and developing reports and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar platforms.
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing and factory operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WIP movement and manufacturing line performance.
• Prioritize production lots based on operational needs, tool availability, and targets.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for cycle time reduction.
• Collaborate with Production Planning Engineers and Shift Operations teams for daily execution.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track manufacturing metrics.
• Monitor fab health indicators like queue lengths and tool utilization.
• Create daily/weekly operational reports for leadership.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance factory efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve production challenges.
