Job summary

FOX Factory, a leader in performance‑defining products for cycling and powersport markets, seeks a Production Planning Manager to oversee planning and scheduling of production activities. You will optimize resources, manage inventory, and coordinate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure on‑time delivery and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production planning in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and experience with Oracle or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or supply chain required.
• Minimum 5 years in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing.
• CPIM or APICS certification a plus.
• Expertise in using production planning software such as Oracle or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet demand and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain to forecast and deliver on time.
• Maintain inventory levels and safety stock.
• Lead and coach a production planning team to meet goals.
• Communicate status, issues and risks to management.
• Identify material requirements from production and new products.
