Job summary

FOX Factory, located in Gainesville, GA, seeks a Manager of Production Planning and Control to lead scheduling and planning of manufacturing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with sales, operations and supply chain to forecast demand and optimize inventories.

The role requires 5+ years in production planning in manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, and CPP/APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or supply chain or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• CPIM/APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor production processes and maintain inventory levels and safety stock.
