• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels and safety stock.
• Lead and coach the production planning team to achieve goals.
• Monitor production processes for quality, safety and environmental standards.
