Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations or related field is required or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, materials management, or buyer/planner roles in industrial manufacturing.
- Strong ERP/MRP system experience and advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules by department and work cell.
- Convert orders and SIOP forecasts into executable production plans.
- Create, review, and release production work orders and documentation.
- Monitor progress, WIP, and schedule adherence.
- Identify shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery risks; adjust schedules as needed.
- Communicate status and risks to management and commercial teams.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to align material availability and supplier dates.
- Work with Engineering to validate BOMs, routings, and drawings.
