Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Production Planner to manage material POs, delivery tracking, and production scheduling, balancing safety stock and efficiency in our manufacturing plant.

You will create stock transfer orders and work closely with operations and supply chain teams to meet customer demand. The role requires SAP/MRP experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in food/beverage manufacturing, sourcing or supply chain highly desirable.
• 3+ years of SAP experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• APICs Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Production Planner is responsible for the materials PO’s and delivery tracking as well as planning production based on internal and external customer demand.
• Meeting customer expectations, while maintaining and balancing safety stock levels and efficiency in the manufacturing plant.
• Creation of stock transfer orders (STO’s) of products shipped but not produced in the facility.
• Dovetails with operations and supply chain teams to optimize line scheduling and production attainment.
• Supports reporting and data analysis using SAP, MRP, BW, PBI and Excel.
