Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Production Planner to organize and optimize production planning based on inventory analysis, warehouse coordination, and related duties. You will develop and maintain the production schedule, raw material plan, and intercompany purchase requirements to meet customer demand as directed by the Production Planning Manager.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain/Business Logistics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous SAP experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions from data.
• MS Office including Excel experience.
• Strong critical-thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team; must be flexible and excited to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support Production Manager to effectively manage stock levels in preparation of seasonal demand to maximize product sales.
• Responsible for scheduling production lines to meet customer and forecasted demands.
• Plan machine schedules yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly.
• Manage stock effectively to meet seasonal demands.
• Maintain high level of inventory accuracy.
• Communicate the planning of production and/or stoppage of production lines to management.
• Assist planning team to organize timely delivery of goods to customers
• Receive customer/work orders and ensure their completion using appropriate internal procedures.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of systems, including performing internal audits training as required.
• Receive /review orders and ensure their completion using appropriate internal procedures.
• Manage capacity planning for production lines.
• Effectively use SAP and computerized systems.
• Maintain good relationships with cross-functional departments.
• Assist with ensuring a high level of production schedule attainment.
• Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
