Job summary

M&M Industries, a U.S.-based manufacturer of plastic pails and packaging, is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate materials flow and production schedules. You will review schedules, monitor inventory, and collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues and meet customer requirements.

In this full-time on-site role, you will drive OTIF performance, release work orders in ShotScope, and support BOM accuracy while maintaining clean, organized work areas and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Three years of manufacturing experience.
• One year of experience with MRP systems preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite workflow to meet production schedules.
• Review production and shipment schedules and resolve issues.
• Maintain and create production schedules; release work orders in ShotScope.
