Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and prioritizes job orders using the MRP system.
• Determine realistic lead times and communicate with Customer Service.
• Collaborate with department leads to resolve shortages and schedule interruptions.
• Monitor subcontract orders to ensure due dates are met.
• Research inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and costs.
• Participate in daily production meetings and weekly shortages meetings.
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement and Shipping to align deliverables.
