Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. located in Houston, TX seeks a Production Planner to ensure on-time delivery by coordinating Production, Engineering and Purchasing. You will support the Production Manager and Superintendent and contribute to continuous improvement and waste elimination initiatives.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or six years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with JIT, MRP, CRP and lean processes.
• ISO 9000 or other QMS structure knowledge is desired.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify drawing and material availability before release for manufacture.
• Coordinate with Scheduler on internal, customer and vendor schedules.
• Stage and complete materials prior to job release.
• Coordinate between Production, Engineering and Purchasing.
• Track and report progress to schedule.
• Assist with shortages and material needs and expediting as needed.
