Delve Search - Global Search Consultants in Lebanon, NH is seeking an experienced Production Controller to coordinate production activities and align materials, resources, and schedules with customer delivery requirements.

The role requires coordinating work orders, materials, and capacity, maintaining ERP/MRP data, and collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Production Controller/Planner role.
• Background in a precision manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate work orders, materials, and capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to production flow.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data and production reports.
