Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Planning professional to prepare build plans and coordinate manufacturing activities. The role focuses on aligning customer orders with inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate MRP/ERP records.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in SCM or Engineering and 1–2 years of planning experience, with knowledge of SAP or Oracle being a plus. This is an on-site manufacturing environment requiring cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required in SCM/Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant production planning or material planning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production build plans and schedules based on customer orders and inventory requirements.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on delays or scheduling issues.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure sufficient raw materials and components for production.
• Issue and update work orders according to production requirements.
• Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate planning records and update information in the MRP/ERP system.
• Support inventory planning, including safety stock and consignment stock replenishment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare production build plans and schedules based on customer orders and inventory requirements.
