Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Planning role in a manufacturing environment.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Translate sales forecast into a production plan aligned with company goals and release production orders.
• Create and track production schedules across two ERP platforms; report work orders.
• Use critical thinking to forecast and assign customer due dates.
• Release jobs to floor; conduct work order transactions.
• Liaise with customer service to resolve inquiries, expedite orders, and recover past-due plans.
• Validate customer and forecasted demand; set shop-floor priorities; adjust schedules as needed.
• Draw master schedule to meet shipping dates per forecasts or orders.
• Analyze production specs and capacity; plan workflow per established sequences.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Sales and shop personnel; update ERP data.
