ONWARD SEARCH is hiring a Production Planner II for an on-site role in Fort Worth. You will analyze production orders, monitor WIP inventory, and release orders to keep manufacturing on track.

The position emphasizes accuracy in documentation and collaboration on daily meetings to optimize workflows. Candidates should have 3–5 years in production planning or manufacturing, with knowledge of electronics components and production order processes, plus strong data interpretation and software

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing electronic components and production order processes.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency with relevant software applications and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage production orders to ensure timely execution and material flow.
• Monitor work-in-progress inventory and address aging or shortages affecting production.
• Review and release production orders to prevent delays and coordinate daily manufacturing meetings.
• Maintain accuracy of production documentation and support inventory reconciliation activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows.
