Qualifications

• Four years in production coordination or material management in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP experience, especially Oracle and E1.

Responsibilities

• Determine monthly production requirements using MRP.
• Plan and release work orders to support MRP messages and production.
• Schedule and coordinate flow of work within or between departments.
• Communicate expedites and constraints in daily meetings.
• Maintain orders, inventory, and adjust due dates with Customer Service.
• Match workload and capacity to inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to Master Schedule to meet shipping dates.
• Prepare production reports and release work orders.
• Analyze capacity data to determine processes and resources.
• Coordinate with supervisors on progress and changes.
• Prepare outbound letters and monitor shipments.
• Schedule carrier pickups and track outbound shipments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
