A leading company in food production is seeking a Production Planner 1 to support multiple facilities in Wisconsin. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various internal teams to ensure production requirements are met. JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: Production Planner 1 supports the Production Planning Supervisor for Westfield, Wells and Mocksville facilities to ensure production workload requirements are met. This position involves collaboration with internal customers such as Customer Service, Maintenance, Operations, Purchasing, R&D and Sales. Ensures that the organization is always represented in a professional manner. This position will prepare the right incumbent who demonstrates readiness to advance to PPLevel 2.
Remote Work: This position, after a training period, is a hybrid of on-site (at least one day per week or as needed) and remote.

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities
Work Environment: The work environment is an office environment with standard temperatures and normal office noise levels. Slippery floors and cool temperatures are present while in production. Must wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
Physical Demands: This position would be primarily sitting with little to no lifting or other physical demands.
Position Type: Salaried Non-exempt, 1st shift, full-time, hybrid role of 80% offsite / 20% onsite.
