Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Optimize resource utilization related to Kop-Coat, Blends, and RX Products.
  2. Keep data visible in MFG tool updated daily and review the 3-month build plan. The Logistics Manager will ensure a 1-year forecast is maintained.
  3. Create the near-term build plan (0 to 4 weeks) for all product lines.
  4. Align with Engineering, Maintenance, QC, and Operations to understand constraints and incorporate them into the weekly production build plan.
  5. Coordinate with Supply Chain Planning to understand supply constraints (CSR, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and finance) and integrate these into the build plan.
  6. Lead cross-departmental change management during issues within the frozen window (0-48 hours).
  7. Participate in new product launch meetings to assess impacts on production schedule and collaborate with production scheduler for adjustments.
  8. Attend the thrice-weekly production and planning review meetings to monitor production and material flow health.
  9. Manage railcar switches and customer weekly calls.
  10. Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI to generate status reports.
  11. Possess knowledge of chemical production processes and quality control; understanding of Corsicana plant operations is preferred.
  12. Previous production planning experience is preferred.
  13. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
Compensation and Benefits

Wages range from $60K to $80K, depending on experience and education.

This position is eligible for a 12.5% bonus.
