Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a Production Planner to control and fine-schedule production orders, ensuring optimal workflows and on-time deliveries. You will collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Production, Purchasing and Logistics to coordinate planning activities and resolve bottlenecks.

The role requires technical or commercial vocational training with production planning qualifications, experience in production control, and good knowledge of ERP/MES systems.

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training with further education in production planning.
  • Experience in industrial production control and production planning.
  • Knowledge of ERP and MES systems.
  • Analytical and structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed control and fine-scheduling of production orders to ensure optimal production workflows.
  • Planning, loading, and deadline monitoring of production orders, considering capacities and material availability.
  • Close collaboration with Industrial Engineering to optimize production processes.
  • Coordination between Production, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure smooth production.
  • Monitoring capacity utilization and proactive bottleneck resolution.
  • Creating, maintaining and adjusting production plans to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Analyzing and improving planning processes to increase efficiency.

Your Mission & Challenges

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for controlling and fine‑scheduling production orders to ensure optimal production and on‑time deliveries.

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Detailed control and fine‑scheduling of production orders to ensure optimal production workflows
  • Planning, loading, and deadline monitoring of production orders, taking capacities and material availability into account
  • Close collaboration with Industrial Engineering to continuously optimize production processes
  • Coordination between the Production, Purchasing, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth production
  • Monitoring capacity utilization and early identification and resolution of bottlenecks
  • Creating, maintaining, and adjusting production plans to ensure on‑time deliveries
  • Analyzing and continuously improving planning processes to increase efficiency
