Qualifications

• Must have 3–4+ years in production planning in manufacturing.
• Ability to convert MRP signals into production orders.
• Extensive ERP experience for production and materials planning.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas) for analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and scheduling principles.
• Experience with demand planning inputs and their impact on plans.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze inventory, forecasts, and capacity.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and supply plans aligned with customer delivery.
• Interpret and execute MRP signals to generate orders.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams.
• Optimize inventory to balance supply and demand.
• Use ERP daily to manage orders, materials, and scheduling.
• Apply advanced Excel to analyze inventory, forecasts, capacity, and trends.
• Model 'what if' scenarios to assess capacity and demand changes.
• Support scheduling to ensure on-time completion of orders.
• Monitor and adjust plans in response to changes.
• Collaborate across functions to improve planning processes.
