Neros Technologies in Torrance, CA, is seeking a production planning professional to convert material availability and customer demand into a daily SKU-level build plan. You will coordinate between supply chain, production, and engineering to drive the factory schedule and ship priorities.
Responsibilities include maintaining a 30-day horizon plan, releasing work orders in MES, and staying on top of variances with recovery plans.
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.
As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
This role owns the answer to two questions the floor asks every morning: what do we build today, and what do we ship today. You will sit between supply chain, business development, production and engineering – converting material availability and customer demand into a daily, weeks’ worth SKU-level build plan that production leads can execute without interpretation. You will also set the daily ship priorities that packout works from. The plan you publish is the plan the factory runs. You will make prioritization calls from the reports of clear to build, sales demand, and production capacity. You will work closely with production leadership when the schedule needs to change.
$82,500 - $115,000 USD
