Integra in Houston seeks a Production Planner to execute the production schedule, coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other teams, and ensure ERP accuracy. You will proactively identify risks, expedite critical activities, and drive ongoing improvements in planning and execution.
The role requires 5+ years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. Bachelor’s preferred, with a focus on heavy or project-based manufacturing environments.
The Production Planner is responsible for executing the production schedule established by the Planning Manager by ensuring manufacturing orders, materials, resources, and production activities are aligned to support customer delivery commitments. This role owns the day-to-day execution of assigned projects by coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and Project Management to remove constraints, resolve production issues, and maintain ERP system accuracy. The Production Planner proactively identifies schedule risks, expedites critical activities, and ensures assigned work orders progress according to plan.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting deadlines.
