Your Responsibilities

1. Develop production schedules to meet finished goods requirements while optimizing capacity and inventory levels.
2. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to plan and establish production schedules aligned with customer demands.
3. Monitor manufacturing schedules and anticipate changes due to batch failures, equipment issues, or resource shortages.
4. Coordinate with various departments to maintain service level goals.
5. Utilize the Company MRP system to assess raw material inventory, verify manufacturing lead times, and available capacity.
6. Review raw material demands to prevent shortages.
7. Lead or support Daily/Weekly Planning meetings.
8. Generate capacity plans for manufacturing cells.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• APICS certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP or Dynamics GP.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
