Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Ellisville, MS is seeking a Production Planner to orchestrate daily scheduling of customer orders, coordinate with plant personnel, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage inventory counts, work with Oracle ERP, and maintain data integrity across WIP and parts, while serving as a primary contact for customers.

Strong communication and MS Office skills, plus experience in coatings processes, are desired.

Qualifications

• You must have a High School Diploma or GED and 7-years of experience including 2–4 years in customer service and 5+ in operations, coatings experience preferred.
• You will need Microsoft Office Suite skills, including MS Word (Basic), MS PowerPoint (Basic), and MS Excel (Intermediate/Advanced).
• Enterprise Resource Planning skills, such as Oracle (intermediate preferred).
• You must be self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with firm deadlines.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for day-to-day customer contact, scheduling customer orders and responding to inquiries.
• Work with production management to identify impediments to schedules and help determine solutions for out-of-flow parts.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers including delivery schedules and issue resolution.
• Maintain current inventory counts for different steps in the process using Oracle and physical inventory processes.
• Be the contact for customer visits regarding physical inventory counts and WIP reconciliation.
• Be responsible for data integrity on digital representations of customer part inventory and order status.

Production Planner

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will be responsible for day-to-day customer contact, working closelywith plant personnel (cell leader, team leaders, sales, etc.) to schedulecustomer orders and respond to customer inquiries
• Further, you will be required to work with production management toidentify and resolve potential impediments to schedules and contribute todetermining solutions for out of flow parts, working with engineers, thecustomer, and production to resolve issues
• In this position, you will maintain an ongoing relationship withcustomers including delivery schedules, and issue resolution
• You will be responsible for maintaining current inventory counts foreach of the different steps in the process, utilizing both Oracle as well asphysical inventory processes
• You are the point of contact for customer visits regarding physicalinventory counts and WIP reconciliation
• Also, you will be responsible for data integrity on digitalrepresentation of customer part inventory and customer order status
