Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems like SAP or Oracle and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production planning, inventory management, or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP or production planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Ability to analyze production workflows and apply Lean/Six Sigma principles for improvement.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multi‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Provide technical support to resolve process issues, document SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available on time.
• Assess production capacity, recommend adjustments, and plan effective labor/floor utilization.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, procurement, logistics, and leadership to align production plans.
