Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Production Factors Analysis Manager (PFA) at our Bloomington, Illinois plant. The role reports to the Plant Controller and drives quantitative performance management of production factors across materials, labor, machines and waste, delivering data-driven insights.

You will develop models, monitor KPIs, support budgeting and SAF processes, and ensure coherence between production cycles and planning systems. A strong analytical background and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in manufacturing performance analysis or industrial controlling.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Understanding of production processes, KPIs and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

Act as focal point for quantitative production performance management.
Develop, maintain and validate production models to ensure data accuracy.
Define, monitor and analyze production KPIs for transparency and reliability.
Support budgeting, forecasting and SAF processes through KPI analysis.
Ensure coherence between production cycles, assumptions and planning systems.
Identify performance gaps and opportunities, supporting prioritization and impact assessment.
Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and evaluate investments with KPI monitoring.
