Job summary

The Boss Team in Westfield, NJ seeks a Production Partner to work directly with Jaynie Carlucci, supporting her client book while learning how to build a real estate career.

You'll support leads, clients and transactions, train with PLACE and Brivity systems, and have opportunities to grow a scalable business within a top-tier luxury real estate team. This is a commission-based, full-time role with strong earning potential in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with assigned leads, prospects and past clients to nurture relationships and set appointments.
• Keep the CRM current with notes, tasks, statuses and follow-up plans.
• Serve as a Showing Partner: show properties and gather feedback.
• Prepare buyer CMAs and help buyers understand value and pricing.
• Support listing opportunities with seller CMAs and listing prep.
• Assist with showings, inspections, walkthroughs and other transaction needs.
• Be Jaynie's field partner and trusted extension of the team.
• Protect the client experience by being responsive and thorough.
• Coordinate with EA/VA and agents for smooth communication.
• Be available around clients, including evenings and weekends.
• Participate in coaching, script practice and training sessions.

Your Opportunity

The Production Partner works directly alongside Jaynie Carlucci, supporting her established book of business while learning how to build a successful real estate career.

Jaynie ranks among the top 2% of real estate professionals in New Jersey, specializing in luxury residential real estate and new construction. You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting her leads, clients and transactions while learning the systems, skills and strategies behind a high‑producing business.

You’ll be trained and coached by Jaynie, The Boss Team and PLACE, including PLACE’s Day in the Life of an Agent training. You’ll also have the opportunity to build and nurture your own sphere using the same proven systems, if desired.

Responsibilities

• Work Jaynie's database: Follow up with assigned leads, prospects and past clients to nurture relationships, identify opportunities and set appointments.
• Keep the CRM current: Maintain accurate notes, tasks, statuses and follow‑up plans in Brivity.
• Serve as a Showing Partner: Show properties, gather feedback and help buyers evaluate opportunities.
• Prepare buyer CMAs: Research comparable sales and help buyers understand value and pricing before making offers.
• Support listing opportunities: Assist with seller CMAs, pricing research and listing presentation preparation.
• Support active clients: Assist with showings, inspections, walkthroughs, property visits and other transaction needs.
• Be Jaynie's field partner: Step in when needed as a trusted extension of Jaynie and The Boss Team.
• Protect the client experience: Be responsive, proactive and thorough so leads, clients and details don't fall through the cracks.
• Coordinate with the team: Work closely with our EA/VA and agents to ensure smooth communication, handoffs and follow‑through.
• Be available around our clients: Real estate is client-driven, requiring flexibility based on client and transaction needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Commit to learning: Participate in 1:1 coaching, script practice, team meetings, PLACE and Brivity training, PLACE Partner Calls, Day in the Life training, Real meetings and agent events.

Compensation

$85,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
