As a Production Painter and Sprayer, you will be part of a 4-person team that rotates daily job duties monthly.

Roles and Responsibilities

Role Summary:

  • Operate booth air and gravity paint sprayers, including high pressure-low volume and standard painting.
  • Apply epoxy-based, polyurethane, and enamel paints.
  • Perform touch-up painting as needed on bare metal surfaces for customer repairs.
  • Conformal coat printed wiring cards.
  • Mix paints, perform viscosity testing, and adjust equipment to meet specifications.
  • Create nameplates/labels on various media and adjust equipment according to work instructions and drawings.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Facilitate movement of products into and out of the repair shop.
  • Work from manufacturing instructions and read blueprints.
Eligibility Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a production spray painting environment (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • US Citizen.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office, and PDF viewers.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to produce error-free products.
