SCHEDULE: Monday thru Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Position Summary:

The Finish Room Associate I will have various tasks and responsibilities in the finishing department including:

  • Manually apply finish and stain
  • Prep and inspect parts
  • Hang and remove parts from the line
  • Quality inspection
  • Sanding wood parts

Position Requirements:

  • Lift overhead up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular lifting, maneuvering, and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Able to read, write, and follow instructions, both written and verbal
  • Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision
  • Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to wear and use respiratory protection
