Job summary

BlueScope Buildings is seeking a Production Painter for overnight shifts (10 PM–6 AM) in Annville, PA. You will apply industrial finishes to metal products using spray equipment, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring quality through thickness checks. Training, a collaborative team, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Pay starts at $23.13 hourly with a $2 shift differential. Prior paint or manufacturing experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Load, feed, and unload material through the paint process.
• Operate spray painter gun to apply industrial paint finish.

• Lift and position materials with cranes/forklifts as needed.
• Perform quality checks for correct paint thickness and touch up as needed.
• Maintain material inventory and support housekeeping and 5-S standards.
