Job summary

BlueScope North America is seeking a Production Painter for our Annville, PA-area operation. Under general supervision, you will apply industrial paint finishes to metal products using spray guns, loading and unloading material, and confirming specifications from drawings and blueprints.

This role offers night shift hours, a competitive pay with a $2 shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Shape: Load, feed, and unload material through paint process & Operate spray painter gun to apply industrial paint finish on material
• Prepare and Set Up: Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
• Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
• Ensure Quality: Complete quality checks to ensure the correct thickness of paint is properly applied to material throughout the process and touch up as needed & Ensure materials are properly labeled and scanned upon exiting paint line
• Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.

Join Our Team as a Production Painter!

Under general supervision, the Production Painter applies industrial paint finishes onto metal products through spray gun application.

Pay for this position is $23.13 and will include a $2 shift differential

Hours are Sunday night-Friday morning 10PM-6AM with some OT Required
