Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous packing, warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects before packaging.
• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipping and distribution.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records.
• Assemble boxes, cartons, and packaging materials as needed.
• Ensure products are packed correctly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Follow GMPs and food safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with production line operations and other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
