Employment is full-time with daytime and afternoon shifts. Compensation starts at $16.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience, with company benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, job tickets, and written instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to customer specifications and work instructions.
• Prepare materials for shipment while ensuring product protection and accuracy.
• Label and organize completed orders for distribution.
• Sort, count, and verify products prior to packaging.
• Ensure quantities and product specifications match work orders and job tickets.
• Identify and report discrepancies as needed.
• Assemble kits, promotional materials, and product bundles.
