Job summary

Nexus Brands Group, via Chris Christensen Systems, Inc., is seeking a Production Associate in Fairfield, TX. This full-time role focuses on bottle, label, and packaging operations across fill stations, meeting weekly production goals with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Candidates must be able to lift heavy loads, work in a non-climate-controlled environment, and adhere to shift schedules including overtime as needed. Benefits and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must provide steel-toed shoes to comply with safety regulations.
• Background check satisfactory.
• Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate fill stations and equipment as assigned.
• Gather correct bottles, labels, caps and other packaging according to product specifications.
• Accurately prepare and complete various paperwork as required.
• Perform clean up duties.
• Safely lift and maneuver drums (400–500 lbs) using dollies and pallet jacks.
• Wash empty drums and clean pumping kettles as assigned.
• Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
