Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Shelby, OH is seeking a Production Order Processor to assemble and package parts in line with quality standards and production schedules.

You will read and follow standard work and safety rules, verify parts against shop packs, maintain day-by-hour production records, and participate in 5S housekeeping. The role requires teamwork and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand long shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow standard work, safety standards.
• Verify parts match part numbers and descriptions; check shop packs for SPI/VSPI and visuals.
• Ensure finished product meets quality standards before packaging.
• Complete day-by-hour production tracking.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and organized safe work area.
• Rotate between main facility and off-site warehouse as needed.
