The Look Company seeks a Production Order Manager to oversee customer orders from kickoff through production and coordinate with sales, production, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Responsibilities include monitoring orders, verifying inventory, scheduling, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams. Willingness to work in-office and manage multiple priorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, signage, or related industry preferred.
• Experience in order processing, scheduling, intake management, data entry and handling multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, ERP systems and other business applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive stakeholder engagement with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in an in-office environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities
