Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or PE license.
• Minimum 2 years in production/operations engineering.
• Strong understanding of unconventional oil and gas production.
• Experience with production surveillance, optimization, or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Leucipa platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify and champion production optimization initiatives.
• Support ROC advancement and automation efforts.
• Expand Leucipa value and adoption across the org.
• Assist edge computing, alarms, and automation implementations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
