Responsibilities

• Independently manage and complete assigned projects within timelines.
• Optimize production unit operations by analyzing data and implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with all divisions to resolve site production problems.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets; coordinate with Finance to control costs and report monthly performance metrics.
• Support the development of operating procedures; review training material; update documents for ISO certification.
• Develop strong working relationships with Integrated Planning and Business Teams to drive unit optimization.
• Identify optimization opportunities using knowledge of variable production costs and propose innovative project ideas.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to address client specifications and inquiries.
• Develop personnel management skills including understanding policies and practices for supervising employees
