Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering experience in oil & gas or related field.
• Strong ownership and ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Production Standards and Optimization Best Practices.
• Provide technical expertise in well optimization (TIL/Flat-Time Decline/Artificial Lift).
• Review well performance and plan actions for underperforming wells.
• Conduct semi-annual route reviews with operations to identify indicators.
• Interface with field operations and other departments on engineering needs.
• Develop scopes of work and economic justifications for maintenance and plugging projects.
• Prepare lookbacks of completed projects and post-action reviews.
• Develop operational guidelines and standard operating procedures.
