The role offers hands-on opportunities to strengthen both field and office operations knowledge and to rotate through production phases with mentors guiding your development.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience gained through collegiate schooling.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, petroleum).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced field and office environment with a multi-faced team.
• Basic understanding of oil and gas production operations from well to sales point.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Extreme Ownership Mentality.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily engagements with teams and team members to align learning targets and tasks.
• Complete weekly engagements with mentor to discuss progress and guidance.
• Complete assigned internship milestones while rotating through phases of production operations (construction / pipeline / flowback / workover / ARO / production).
• Review API / ASME documentation and standards with subject matter experts.
• Develop and host a cross-training event for engineering and operations.
• Deliver end-of-rotation presentation aligned with mentor's vision.
