• 1+ years of professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and client-facing services.
• Coordinate production support projects from intake to completion.
• Partner with Client Experience, Facilities, Labor, Property, Production, and clients.
• Track budgets, approvals, estimates, billing, and labor distributions.
• Maintain project trackers, Archibus tickets, calendars, and reporting.
• Conduct proactive industry awareness and research.
• Assist as project driver when needed.
