Job summary

MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) in Thomson, GA is seeking entry-level production teammates for first shift. No prior experience required; you will receive comprehensive training to perform prep, masking, loading, unloading and packaging duties on a clean, safety-focused shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Incoming Prep & Unpacking: Removing packaging from incoming metal parts to prepare them for the line.
• Masking: Prepping and taping parts to protect specific areas before painting.
• Loading & Unloading: Placing parts onto the production line and safely removing them after coating.
• Final Packaging: Inspecting finished goods for quality and packaging them securely for shipment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: First Shift (Day shift)
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday
