Laborup is hiring Production Operators for a modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility in Nashville, TN. You will work across material handling, processing equipment, and automated packaging, with cross-training opportunities to broaden your skills. The role offers multiple schedules, full benefits, and direct-hire employment.

Responsibilities include moving materials, feeding lines, performing basic quality checks, and maintaining GMP standards while working safely as part of a team.

Overview

We’re hiring Production Operators for a growing, modern consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility.

The facility is new, clean, air-conditioned, and growing quickly. There are multiple schedules available, and team members have opportunities to cross-train across different parts of the production process and expand their skills over time.

Compensation

• $16
• Full-time, direct-hire – not a temp job

• Shift options based on experience and availability

Shift

• 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am
• Additionally, there are some rotating 12 hour shift openings (7pm - 7:30am)

Responsibilities

• Material & Product Handling: Move, load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products around the production floor.
• Production Line Support: Feed materials/products into equipment and assist machine operators with production tasks.
• Quality & Cleaning: Perform basic quality checks and clean/sanitize equipment and assigned production areas.
• Safety & Reporting: Follow safety/GMP procedures and report equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors.

• Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance
• Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and production processes
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift and safely lift/move materials as needed
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute effectively as part of a team
