Second shift differential

Job summary

IWS Group in Edison, NJ is seeking motivated production candidates for both 1st and 2nd shifts. You will perform direct labor tasks related to assembling steel products and execute daily supervisor instructions to sustain productivity.

responsibilities include operating manual equipment, lifting merchandise, inspecting deliveries for damage, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. 1st shift 7:15am–3:45pm; 2nd shift 4:00pm–12:30am with a $1.00/hour differential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior production/warehouse experience a plus.
• Motivated and able to follow instructions.
• Able and willing to work outside and in all weather conditions.
• Excellent integrity, good morals, strong character and takes initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from all levels and departments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English. Bi-lingual, desired.
• Basic math background and aptitude.
• High attention to detail.
• Proof of US citizenship or legal resident status by completing Form I-9.

Requirements
