Carpenter Technology Corporation Latrobe is seeking Production Operators to join our Latrobe, PA operations. The starting hourly wage ranges from $29.27 to $36.93, with multiple operator assignments such as VIM/VAR, Saw, Grinder and Material Handler.

You will take ownership of safety and work in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work steady or rotating shifts.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
• Selected applicants will be required to pass a basic skills assessment.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• The primary duties are varied based on the department assigned. Assignments are based on experience and current company demand. Potential positions include VIM/VAR Operator, VIM/VAR Helper, Saw Operator, Grinder Operator, Material Handler, Annealing Operator, I-Lab Operator, IUT Operator
• Takes personal ownership for working safely and motivates others to maintain a safe work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work steady or rotating shifts
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends
• Experience in an industrial operations/manufacturing environment is preferable, but not required
• Selected applicants will be required to pass a basic skills assessment.
