Starting hourly wage ranges from $28.14 - $35.51. Roles may include VIM/VAR Operator, Saw Operator, Grinder Operator, Material Handler, Annealing Operator, I-Lab Operator and IUT Operator.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work steady or rotating shifts.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
• Experience in an industrial operations/manufacturing environment is preferable, but not required.
• Selected applicants will be required to pass a basic skills assessment.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• The primary duties are varied based on the department assigned. Assignments are based on experience and current company demand. Potential positionsinclude VIM/VAR Operator, VIM/VAR Helper, Saw Operator, Grinder Operator, Material Handler, Annealing Operator, I-Lab Operator, IUT Operator
• Takes personal ownership for working safely and motivates others to maintain a safe work environment.
