Job summary

You will set up, operate, monitor, and document production activities, handle samples for testing, and maintain a clean, organized work environment while following GMP and HACCP practices as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in chemical or food processing preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• GMP/HACCP training is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across departments with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment to produce and package products.
• Monitor production batches for quality and food safety parameters.
• Accurately record production and testing data.
• Draw product samples for quality testing.
• Fill containers with finished products.
• Clean equipment, utensils, and work areas per procedures.
• Report food safety, safety, and quality concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
