Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting in production.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to meet customer requirements and company goals.
• Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to support TPM.
• Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system.
• Support MRO Planner with daily activities.
• Adhere to ergonomic guidelines and safety procedures.
• Participate in PFMEA and work instruction reviews.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements).
• Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.
• Follow and adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Support weekend and off-shift work as required.
