WeatherTech Direct in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Production Associate to operate thermoforming and/or injection molding machines, trim parts, and package products according to quality standards. You will work on multiple shifts with competitive hourly wages starting at $19.00 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand English work orders.
• Able to stand for the full shift.
• Team player with good attitude and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate or assist with the operation of machinery in the production process.
• Use basic hand tools for trimming of parts.
• Fill out all required paperwork.
• Lift and transfer raw material, finished product, and packed materials.
• Assemble parts, place labels on products, and package products.
• Ensure all quality standards are met.
• Train new and existing team members on production functions.
• Comply with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
