Job Summary

The Production Operator - Temporary will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products that meet customer requirements and expectations. The role involves assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.

Responsibilities

1. Assemble products according to customer requirements and company goals.
2. Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.
3. Follow all company policies and rules.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
5. Perform preventive maintenance activities to support TPM.
6. Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system.
7. Support MRO Planner with daily activities.
8. Adhere to ergonomic guidelines and support compliance.
9. Participate in PFMEA and work instruction reviews as required.
10. Identify and support continuous improvement projects, such as cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
11. Assist in developing specifications for machinery and equipment.
12. Follow all safety procedures and policies.
13. Support weekend and off-shift work as needed.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
15. Maintain predictable and reliable attendance.

Position Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Manufacturing experience.
3. Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 9001.
4. Ability to work in a team environment.
