Job Summary
The Production Operator - Temporary will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products that meet customer requirements and expectations. The role involves assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to customer requirements and company goals.
- Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.
- Follow all company policies and rules.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to support TPM.
- Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system.
- Support MRO Planner with daily activities.
- Adhere to ergonomic guidelines and support compliance.
- Participate in PFMEA and work instruction reviews as required.
- Identify and support continuous improvement projects, such as cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in developing specifications for machinery and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and policies.
- Support weekend and off-shift work as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain predictable and reliable attendance.
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 9001.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
