Job Details

Pay: $22.00 per hour plus shift premium ($2.00 for Afternoons, $1.50 for Nights)

Sign-on Bonus: $2000 paid over 1 year, with a $200 monthly attendance bonus, plus a robust training program with pay increases during the initial probationary period.

Job Requirements

• Ability to comply with safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete 5s audits
• Load/unload presses
• Perform work in Molding/Finishing departments as needed
• Inspect materials for defects
• Transport materials using tow motor if required
• Complete production tickets and downtime sheets
• Maintain green initiatives
• Work in a fast-paced environment with distractions

Candidate Qualities

• Stand and walk for long hours
• Push objects up to 50 lbs
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
• Reach, bend, lift, push, and transport materials weighing 3-50 lbs
• Support production quotas

• Work in extreme temperatures

Work Environment
